Bell Boy #2 is SEVEN years old! Dylan started celebrating the big 7 on Friday with his classmates and a cookie cake!!
Happy Cinco de Mayo and Happy Birthday, Dylan!!
Before we began the birthday celebration, we were happy to be in Frisco with Kalynne as she celebrated her First Communion!! It was such a special day and we were so happy to share it with our sweet, beautiful cousin Kaly!!
I was so excited for Kalynne! I had my First Communion last year at this time and I can remember it like it was yesterday!!
After a yummy lunch at Uncle Troy and Aunt Jenn's house, we rested up for a dinner party at Uncle Cliff and Aunt Meredith's!! We turned their backyard into a baseball field and played a little while Uncle Cliff grilled dinner.
Here we are sitting down to enjoy a delicious dinner!
After dinner, Dylan blew out the candles on the super cool baseball cake that Aunt Meredith made for him! It tasted as good as it looked!!
Dylan loved every last gift!! He is a baseball fanatic and we all know it, so smiled from ear to ear as he opened baseball cards, sliding shorts, practice balls, a skills-building practice glove, and a book about the life of Jackie Robinson!
Here he is unwrapping a gift that we all love!! Pool floats with built-in water guns... there is one float for each of us!! How awesome!!
On Sunday morning, we said our goodbyes and headed home to settle back in before the new week. We were so happy to have a little time to jump in the pool and enjoy the new floats before dinner! The floats are comfy and the water guns have a great shooting distance... PERFECT pool fun for us!!
Granna, Aunt Allie, and Uncle Jerry brought dinner, a cookie cake, and gifts for one last hoorah in honor of Dylan's big day!
Before the night was over, Daddy brought out Dylan's final gift, washer boards! Here is a picture of Dylan with his perfect "pitching" form!! Not sure if this is how you are "supposed" to throw washers, but it worked out for Dylan that night!
SCORE!! Dylan made a 5 point shot! A great way to end a wonderful weekend of birthday celebration!
We love you, Dylan!
