Celebrating a Sacrament and a Birthday!!

On Saturday, December 4, Ryan celebrated his First Penance! We were so proud of our big brother as he received his Second Sacrament, in preparation for his First Communion next May. We thought that he might be a little nervous for the occasion, but he wasn't... he was very brave. Here is a picture of Ryan lighting his candle on the altar after his confession. A perfect and precious moment... 

After the ceremony, we enjoyed a yummy gumbo lunch and some front yard football. Celebrations don't get much better than that!!

We celebrated Daddy's 34th birthday on Tuesday! Happy Birthday, Daddy!! We love you bunches!

After Daddy's birthday, we know that the Christmas season is in full swing! Here we all are... getting in the Christmas spirit!!
