The morning of Monday, June 10, Mommy received a text from Aunt Allie letting us know that it was going to be a BIG day!! Our new baby cousin was scheduled to arrive on Thursday, June 13, but apparently she had other plans!! Sawyer Anne Mitcham was born at 12:49 that afternoon. She weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces, was 18 1/2 inches long, and was 100% PRECIOUS! We were in love at first sight!
I was over-the-moon excited to be the first to get my hands on our sweet baby girl!
I gave her hugs and kisses galore!!
Peyton was happy to hold her too! The first thing he wanted to do was take her hat off to see her head full of pretty red hair! She looks so relaxed sitting in his arms... she hasn't learned about Peyton's wild-n-wooly ways just yet!
At first, Ryan and Dylan weren't quite sure what to think about holding baby girl since they have grow accustomed to holding baby brothers, but the instant that she was in their arms, they were all smiles!!

Granna was thrilled to be surrounded by ALL FIVE of her grandchildren!
After her two day hospital stay, our adorable Sawyer Anne was released to go home with her Mommy and Daddy! By the looks of it, I would say that news was "music to her ears" ... more specifically, lullaby music to her sweet little ears!!
Home Sweet Home!
We were all very anxious to get our arms around Sawyer again, so we headed right over to Aunt Allie and Uncle Jerry's to wish her a happy homecoming! We learned the true meaning of "sleeping like a baby" as we passed Sawyer around and she slept soundly... not a peep... sweet as can be!
We are looking forward to a lifetime of love, hugs, and happy times with this precious angel!!
