Hello 2012!!

We returned home from Disney on Friday night just in time to ring in the New Year with our family and friends on Saturday!! We stayed at home with Nana and Granna while Mom and Dad started the night out at dinner with friends.

After dinner, they came home and it was time for our families to celebrate!! We shot off fireworks for two hours, with the GRAND finale at midnight!

We watched fireworks on the ground, in the sky, and we even held some of the "safe" ones in our hands! It was exciting from beginning to end!!

After a great night of celebration, 2012 is sure to be a great year!!

We started the year off right with a New Year's Day dinner at Aunt Allie and Uncle Jerry's! Thank you for a yummy dinner complete with ham, cabbage, and black eyed peas!

Peyton wore his Penn State jersey to dinner and insisted that Uncle Jerry change into his jersey too!! It didn't take much convincing since the Nittany Lions are Uncle Jerry's favorite college team!

Happy 2012 to all! We are praying for a year filled with happiness, hopefulness, success, and all the joy that a year can hold!!
