A Splashin' Good Time!!

Last Monday we took a day trip to Crystal Beach to visit the Bennett and Guidry families. We had a great time! It was Peyton's first visit to the beach (since Hurricane Ike, we just haven't visited the beach like we used to)!! He absolutely loved it... loved the water, the waves, and the sunshine!

Us big boys jumped right back into the beach boy mentality and played all day!

We made our way home on Sunday evening, but Ryan stayed behind with his buddies! After a week at the beach with Brody, Dean, and their families, Ryan came home on Thursday!! I don't know that he missed us half as much as we missed him... he said that he had a blast!!

The weekend brought fun times with good friends for us all! Dad, Mom, and Ryan enjoyed dinner out with friends on Friday evening. Us little guys stayed at home with Paw Paw and Nana... we think that eating out is overrated!

...and on Saturday, we enjoyed dinner with friends at our house. now this is our kind of dinner!! We had so much fun playing soccer, shooting hoops, and doing cannon balls off of the cave!! It was a wonderful evening, with wonderful friends!

This week brings swim lessons for me, Ryan, and Wilson. We are all ready to go! We will celebrate the 4th of July with a Hall Family Reunion in our backyard (Nana's family)! We are looking forward to all of the family visitors that are coming our way!!
