Sun, Soccer, and Circus!

Mommy's Little Monsters!

Another good week... a little slower than the usual week since the ground was too wet for our soccer practices!! It was a nice break, but we were ready for soccer on Saturday morning!

Fun weekend! Bulldog football on Friday. The Dogs didn't pull out a win, but we had lots of fun giving the football players 'five' as they walked to the field, watching the team 'bust out' onto the field, and visiting with our friends in the stands!

It was a sunny and cool soccer Saturday - couldn't have asked for a better day. Grandpa and Grandma came to visit on Saturday afternoon. On Saturday night, Dylan went with a friend to the Shrine Circus, and Aunt Allie and Granna took Ryan and Wilson. Paw Paw and Nana kept Peyton so that mom and dad could enjoy dinner out - very nice Saturday night for us all!!

Sunday was spent playing front yard football. It was an exhausting day, but there isn't a better way to end a wonderful weekend!

Mom and Dad want to take a minute to brag... they say that they are so blessed
to have 4 healthy boys who love each other and love life! Here is what they have to say:
Ryan: Along with another boy in his class, Ryan was the first to receive a FASTT Math award for his first group of addition facts! He is ALMOST finished with is vocabulary word lists for the YEAR (11 word lists to complete throughout the school year, but Ryan will finish up this week)!! He is such a smart boy, a great reader, has GREAT behavior in school (not perfect at home, but close!!), and makes us so proud every day!

Dylan: We are amazed at the things that Granna is teaching Dylan in Pre-K! He usually shares his wisdom with Mommy and Wilson in the morning at breakfast...from life skills like 'you have to be a friend to have a friend' to the alphabet letters and their sounds. Dylan is learning his CCD prayers and some of Ryan's too! Dylan's smile can brighten the room and his 'around the house dances' are entertainment for us all.

Wilson: Has the BEST little laugh! He is our strong man - there is not much that can slow him down! He is doing great in tumbling class. He is learning new things every day at school. He can spell his name, he knows that his birthday is on November twenty, and he is learning the boys CCD prayers when we say them together each night! He tells us he loves us every day, many times a day (his sweet voice saying "I love you, my Mommy" can make any day a great day)!

Peyton: He is crawling, pulling up, and even standing alone a little bit! He crawls super fast when someone opens a door...he LOVES to go outside! He sticks out his tongue while he plays. His smiles and giggles are contagious! His first 2 teeth are popping through on bottom. He is starting to clap and wave (not necessarily in context, but working on the motions!)... and he LOVES his Daddy (he loves the rest of us too, but Daddy is at the top of his list)!!
